Ingredients:
- 1 Package Double Stuff Oreo's
- 2 Bags White Chocolate Chips
- 4 oz. Cream Cheese
Instructions:
- Chop Oreo's up finely with a food processor. Set aside some of the finely crushed Oreo's to garnish the tops later.
- With a spoon mash together softened cream cheese and chopped Oreo's until well combined.
- Roll into 1" balls and place on a waxed covered cookie sheet.
- Put in freezer for 15 minutes.
- While the balls are in the freezer, melt the chocolate chips using a method you prefer.
- Take Oreo Truffles out of freezer and dip into chocolate.
- Before chocolate sets garnish the truffles with Oreo crumbs.
- Let chocolate set, refrigerate and enjoy!
